Job Description

Job Title : Senior DevOps Engineer

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and optimize for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
Monitor system health and performance with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
Implement and enforce best practices in security, backup, and disaster recovery.
Collaborate with software development teams to streamline code deployments and reduce lead time.
Lead troubleshooting and performance tuning for applications and infrastructure.
Mentor junior DevOps engineers and support cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in DevOps or related roles.
Strong expertise in Linux/Unix system administration.
Deep knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and infrastructure-as-code.
Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
Knowledge of security best practices, including IAM, firewalls, and network configuration.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
