Security Officer

Schedule: Part-time 2-3 shifts per week: 16-24 hours per week  (Must have weekend availability)
Shift: 8:30 PM - 4:30 AM  

Location : Lowell, MA
Pay range : $17.00 - $18.00  hourly (Based on experience)

Job Description:

As a Dedicated Security Officer , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of residential buildings, client assets, and personnel.

Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Providing peace of mind by being a visible and active security presence.
• Conduct randomize foot patrols of the property and key areas.
• Respond to dispatches, alarms and emergency situations.
• Writing detailed incident reports, tour reports and summary logs.
• Providing excellent customer service to residents, guests and staff.
• Communicating and collaborating with local emergency service when required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Vigilant, observant and detail oriented 
• Self-disciplined.
• Ability to de-escalate conflict.
