Location: Remote with the ability to service Bridgeport, NJ, and Pennsylvania
Travel Required: Up to 60%
Compensation: 2.9% commission of annual target revenue, with 75% guaranteed in the first year

### Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through cross-selling, upselling, and repeat sales strategies.
- Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on sales opportunities to expand market presence.
- Develop and implement medium to long-term sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and manage customer interactions using CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Provide tailored energy solutions based on customer needs and industry trends.
### What You Bring:
- Proven experience in business development, prospecting, and sales pipeline management.
- Strong knowledge of power generation, temperature control equipment, and their applications.
- Ability to maintain and grow an annual sales budget of at least $2 million.
- Understanding of market opportunities within the assigned territory and strategies to maximize them.
- General knowledge of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, energy storage, and load banks.
### Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Technical background or trade school education in Power Generation or HVAC/Temperature Control Equipment.
- Established client network within the Building and Construction sector.
- Experience in technical solutions sales.
