Job Description

Description of the Role: As a Sales Manager at Capitol Chevrolet, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will also drive the development and execution of sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team while driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and a passion for building strong customer relationships. You will mentor and guide your team to hit sales targets, analyze market trends, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
