The Role
The role in our Rotational Development Program is designed for self-driven individuals. You will be exposed to exciting areas of growth and knowledge in the functional areas of our company initially learning the nuances of lighting and lighting controls, and depending on you desire for rotation, gain increasing responsibility in job scope and management. One common trait shared by all Chelsea employees is that we knew nothing about lighting when we started. That dynamic is the foundation of our success – we all were there and are now eager to help educate newcomers to be successful. You have control over your destiny – if you like what you are doing you can remain there, or if you quest knowledge, you can rotate into several functional departments and learn from our young intellectually agile employees. Increasingly, you will play a key role in contributing to the success of the company as you develop an arsenal of management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
