The Role: Estimator/Salesperson

Position : Estimator/Salesperson
Location : Chicago Northwest Suburbs
Compensation : hybrrid pay of base, commision and bonuses - the limit is based on your motivation to win

Your Guide to Success

As our Estimator/Salesperson, you'll be the crucial first impression for homeowners considering our services. You'll guide them through their transformation journey, from initial consultation to signed contract.

Your Daily Quest Will Include:

• Scheduling and conducting appointments with homeowners to assess their painting and wallpaper projects
• Walking through homes with owners to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
• Using our proven software and quoting calculators to generate detailed proposals on-site
• Guiding homeowners through our solutions, emphasizing selling and closing estimates on-site with a goal of achieving a 50% closing rate
• Assisting in lead generation through cold calling and door-to-door efforts when not conducting estimates
• Collaborating with our production team to ensure seamless project execution

What We're Looking For in Our Hero:

• Proven experience in sales and/or estimating (Bonus if it's within the home improvement industry)
• Strong communication skills that build instant rapport with homeowners
• Detail-orientation with a focus on accurate estimates
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales
• Experience or willingness to engage in lead generation activities
• Familiarity with estimating software or ability to learn quickly
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Eagerness to learn & willingness to attend sales trainings

Pay: $60,433.00 - $94,974.00 per year
