Join our team in Andalusia, AL, as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Services department and make a difference in the lives of patients during critical moments. We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to provide exceptional care during night shifts on a rotating weekend schedule.

JOB TITLE: Registered Nurse - Emergency Services  

SHIFT: Nights - 7PM - 7AM, rotating weekends 

LOCATION: Andalusia, AL

SALARY: $56,200.00 - $63,835.00

SIGNING BONUS: Yes

BONUS DESCRIPTION: 2-year commitment

RELOCATION PACKAGE: None

Must-Haves:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN license in the state of Alabama.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Emergency Services nursing preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and TNCC certifications preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Job Description:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Services department, including assessment, triage, treatment, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to prioritize patient care needs and coordinate interventions.
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and assist with emergency medical treatments as needed.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.

Minimum Education: Associates degree Required.

Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Licenses:

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama.

ACLS required within 6 months of employment.
