Position Responsibilities:  

  • The Regional Operations Excellence Manager oversees the development of the manufacturing teams’ skills and capabilities by including training for LIS root cause analysis, line management, and supervisory skills

  • As the Regional Operations Excellence Manager, you will practice lean methodologies, proper techniques on analysis of losses, and manage critical line review with the manufacturing teams to improve operational performance and execution of short interval control routines

  • You will collaborate with manufacturing plants leadership teams along with cross-functional partners to create synergies and maintain effective workflow 

  • This role will lead crewing/staffing analysis inclusive of development and execution of alternate strategies designed to improve retention and optimize the use of overtime 

  • You will also manage Critical Line Review, a Bi-Weekly review with the Manufacturing plant leadership teams on performance of 'Critical Lines' including an analysis of losses and identification of actions to improve performance

  • Other duties as assigned  

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 10 plus years of Consumer Products Manufacturing experience  

Preferred Education and Experience:  

  • Master’s degree
