**Job Title: Remote Recruiting Marketing Coordinator**
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Recruiting Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is integral to our mission of enhancing vision, advancing eye care, and improving lives. **Responsibilities:**
- **Strategic Sourcing:** Develop and implement an outbound recruitment strategy to build and maintain a robust pipeline of physician candidates for key positions. Collaborate with our provider recruitment and marketing team to support growth and ensure the success of our sourcing efforts.
- **Candidate Research:** Utilize advanced search techniques on various platforms such as internet portals, social media, LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, contact lists, referrals, blogs, and industry directories to identify high-quality talent pools.
- **Marketing Campaigns:** Coordinate and execute effective marketing campaigns to engage prospective candidates. This includes initiating email blasts and posting on online social media sites to share practice details and opportunities.
- **Data Management:** Generate and accurately update candidate contact information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- **Candidate Engagement:** Proactively reach out to potential candidates to propose job opportunities, maintain regular contact with future candidates, and transfer relevant contact information to the appropriate provider recruiter.
- **Industry Insights:** Stay informed about recruiting industry trends, tools, and strategies. Share your insights with the recruiting team to drive continuous improvement in our processes.
**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** A minimum of 1-2 years of demonstrated recruiting and marketing success in a professional environment, with a preference for experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in sourcing physician candidates from multiple sources and experience with applicant tracking systems.
- **Adaptability:** Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment with a relentless attention to detail and accuracy.
- **Process Improvement:** A high attention to process and a passion for driving process improvement.
- **Education:** A Bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing, or a related field; or an appropriate combination of education and experience.
- **Independence:** Ability to function independently with minimal direct supervision, while also thriving in a team environment.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and collaborate with the team.
