Are you a recruiting coordinator ready for your next gig? Do you have at least 3 years of experience supporting all stages of the hiring process in a corporate fast-paced environment? In this Contract Recruiting Coordinator role you will support a fast-paced corporate recruiting team with all stages of the hiring process including, prescreens, employment offers, onboarding, pre-employment checks, tracking data and inputting notes into an ATS system while working closely with hiring managers in a commercial AV company! Background Profile:

• High School Diploma - Required | Bachelors Degree - Preferred
• 3+ years Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Coordinator experience
• Experience supporting Recruiters with all stages of hiring process to include pre-screening, scheduling, offer letters, onboarding including pre-employment checks
• Additional duties include tracking data and inputting notes into ATS, help standardize interview process
• You would describe yourself as Friendly/Positive, Professional, Confident & a Team-Player who brings an "Always ready to help" attitude
• You pride yourself on the ability to bring solid communication skills with professional email etiquette for both internal and external clients
• Detail-oriented with the ability to pick up on things quickly and pivot between priorities, proactively find solutions to challenges on your own
• Experienced with ATS systems, Tech Savvy & learn new systems quickly
