We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while supporting a high-volume recruitment process. This position requires a proactive individual with strong scheduling and coordination skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Manage complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication
• Utilize scheduling tools, Workday Recruiting, and Outlook to coordinate interviews, book meeting rooms, and arrange travel as needed
• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal processes

Recruiting Coordinator Requirements:

• Strong calendar management skills with the ability to handle high-volume scheduling
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling and logistics
• Ability to quickly pivot and prioritize requests while managing multiple deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
