As Speechify continues its growth trajectory, our  executive team is actively seeking an Executive Assistant. Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage recruiting calendars and appointments.
• Proficiency in Google Calendar and email. 
• Excellent reporting & response on every email and slack.
• Schedule and coordinate applicant interviews with precision.
• Help maintain job boards.
• Meet SLA's prescribed by recruiting leads.
• Tasks in Recruiting software such as Greenhouse and Gem.
• Help Speechify’s sourcing team with research and leads.
• Strict working schedule that may go into late nights.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Scheduler, P.A or a similar role 1+ years.
• Highly proficient in scheduling meetings and/or interviews on Google Calendar 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an emphasis on precision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Advanced English
• Local language in Asian countries where we recruit engineers (preferred)
