This junior role involves working with referrals, screening candidates, and handling high-volume recruitment tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in Talent Acquisition (TA) and a strong interest in the tech/fintech industry, particularly in areas such as backend Python, mobile Android, and DevOps. Skills and Requirements - Review and evaluate employment applications, work history, education, training, job skills, and compensation needs. - Record additional knowledge, skills, abilities, interests, test results, and other pertinent data for the selection and referral of applicants. - Review job orders and match applicants with job requirements using manual or computerized file searches.
