Job Description
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Office Assistant to support daily office operations and deliver excellent client service. In this role, you will manage documents, track deadlines, coordinate appointments, and help ensure each transaction moves smoothly and compliantly. You’ll assist with client communication, maintain organized records, and support basic marketing and listing tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and familiarity with administrative or real estate processes are a plus. Responsibilities:
• Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness
• Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals
• Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching
• Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
• Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments
• Move and place Real Estate signs at properties
• Placing and removing key boxes on properties
• Provide general outside support to the Listing Team
Qualifications:
• Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
• Communicates well, both verbally and written
• Background in real estate is required for this position
• Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
• Able to regularly lift, move, and place 15 pounds
• Must have excellent time-management skills
• Licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson or in the process of acquiring the license, preferred About Company:
