Quality Improvement Analytics Analyst IV
Summary
The Quality Improvement Analytics (QIA) department provides clinical, quality and patient experience analysis, to ensure RWJBarnabas Health patients receive safe, high quality of care and a best in class patient experience. Utilizing Performance Analytics tools and other available systems (Press Ganey, CMS Stars, US News and World Report, Leapfrog, Vizient, Strata, EPIC, etc), the QIA Analyst IV will assist with data requirement gathering, prepare reports to measure and trend key performance metrics and present results in an analytical manner, as requested by all levels of management throughout the Health System.
This position will work closely with the QIA Lead and Analysts to ensure internal and external reporting deadlines to federal and state agencies are met in a timely manner. This position will also work closely with key stakeholders to provide actionable insights to enable informed decision making, identify issues and monitor the strategic initiatives of the Health System.
