We are seeking a part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient team. We are seeking an ethical, competent, and empathetic mental health professional who can connect with clients, assess their mental health needs, create goal-oriented treatment plans, and provide medication management. This job can be performed entirely remote, in a hybrid model, or in-person at any of our five locations: Jamesburg, Howell, Brick, Fairfield, and (coming soon) Hoboken, NJ. Benefits include;

Responsibilities:

• Establishing exceptional alliance and goal-oriented treatment strategies.
• Facilitate medication management and monitoring.
• Conduct mental status examinations and pharmacological evaluations.
• Demonstrate competency in the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to meet clients’ needs.
• Complete documentation in accordance with TheraCorp policies and State and Federal mandates.

Qualifications:

• New Jersey licensure in good standing: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a psychiatric prescriber.
• Prior insurance credentialing is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
