Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and close projects on time and within budget.
• Lead teams across manufacturing, engineering, and procurement.
• Define scope, milestones, and deliverables in line with business and FAA requirements.
• Monitor costs, resources, and schedules to ensure success.
• Manage vendors and subcontractors to maintain quality and compliance.
• Uphold FAA, OSHA, and company safety standards.
• Report progress and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• PMP certification required.
• 5+ years of project management experience in aviation, MRO, or manufacturing.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
