**Job Title: Programmatic Media Specialist (Remote)**
**Job Purpose**
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Programmatic Media Specialist to join our dynamic eCommerce digital marketing team. This integral role requires a deep love for digital media and programmatic advertising, along with advanced in-platform skills. You'll design, execute, measure, and optimize marketing strategies for programmatic campaigns, with a focus on driving returns for our clients and enhancing our programmatic execution. **Job Responsibilities**
- **Campaign Management:** Design, build, and manage display, native, and video campaigns within DV360, ensuring quality assurance and alignment with campaign objectives.
- **Performance Optimization:** Proactively monitor campaigns, analyze performance data and KPIs, and make frequent optimizations to exceed targets.
- **Budget Management:** Own and manage client budgets for programmatic campaigns, ensuring proper pacing and delivery.
- **Strategic Recommendations:** Write actionable, data-driven insights to drive campaign success, and clearly communicate strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- **Targeting & Trend Analysis:** Identify new audience segments, targeting opportunities, and emerging trends to inform future programmatic strategies.
- **Vendor Relationships:** Cultivate and maintain strong vendor and inventory partner relationships.
- ** Industry Knowledge:** Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in programmatic advertising and digital media, including developments in attribution and the evolving role of display, native, and video in the customer journey.
**Requirements**
- **Education & Experience:** A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, along with 2+ years of experience managing self-serve programmatic campaigns in a DSP.
- **Technical Skills:** Thorough understanding of real-time bidding, DSPs, ad exchanges, and SSPs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong data analysis skills.
- **Certifications (Preferred):** DV360 experience, Google Analytics certification, and advanced knowledge of Google Marketing Platform and Campaign Manager 360.
- **Industry Knowledge:** Experience with and understanding of tracking and floodlight tags for measurement campaigns and multi-channel attribution.
- **Soft Skills:** Self-motivated, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across departments.
- **Remote Work:** Experience working remotely and willingness to balance working hours across global time zones.
