What We're Looking For:
PetWOW is seeking an experienced and compassionate professional pet groomer to join our team! Our talented groomers are responsible for providing grooming services to a variety of furry companions, ensuring that each pet receives individualized care and attention to look and feel their best.
Responsibilities
·Perform grooming services, including bathing, brushing, haircuts, and nail trims, according to breed standards and client preferences.
·Ensure the safety and well-being of each pet during the grooming process.
·Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their specific grooming requests.
·Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, including proper sanitation and maintenance of grooming tools and equipment.
·Monitor and report any health or behavior concerns observed during the grooming process.
Requirements
·Proven experience as a professional pet groomer with a portfolio showcasing your grooming work for consideration.
·Knowledge of different grooming techniques and breed-specific grooming standards.
·Excellent animal handling skills and a genuine love for pets.
·Strong communication and customer service skills.
·Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
$2000.00 onboarding signing bonus paid in three installments:
$500.00 on 1st paycheck/$500.00 upon completion of training/ $1000.00 6 months post-training
$39,920.00 - $49,920.00 annually depending on level of experience.
Additional Weekly Tips Income Between $100-$150 / week
