Principal Landscape Architect - Partnership Opportunity

Location: Dallas, TX Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + Bonus + Partnership Track

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage a talented team of landscape architects and designers

Oversee project resourcing, budgets, timelines, and delivery in collaboration with PMs

Drive business development , client acquisition, and retention

Lead performance reviews, hiring, and staff development

Represent the office in client meetings, professional organizations, and the community

Contribute to firm-wide strategic vision and growth

Who You Are:

Licensed PLA in Texas (or ability to obtain quickly)

10+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture

Proven track record in leading teams , delivering complex projects, and growing client relationships

Skilled in project oversight, staff mentoring, and strategic leadership

Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for creative, meaningful design
