Porsche Race Mechanic

About Kellymoss

At Kellymoss, we don't just race—we set the standard. As the most dominant force in Porsche motorsports, our 36-year legacy is built on championship wins, groundbreaking engineering, and a relentless pursuit of perfection. Whether we're fine-tuning elite race cars, crafting one-of-a-kind Porsche builds, or curating exclusive motorsport experiences, we live and breathe performance. If you're driven by speed, precision, and the thrill of competition, this is where you belong.

Who You Are

  • A battle-tested race mechanic with 5-7 years of experience in motorsports, ideally in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Experience working with GT3 race cars – Porsche (GT3 Cup), Lamborghini, and Ferrari a plus
  • A mechanical mastermind who thrives on vehicle prep, performance optimization, and high-stakes execution.
  • A leader who brings technical expertise, problem-solving instincts, and the ability to rally a crew under pressure.
  • A clear communicator who syncs seamlessly with mechanics, engineers, and management to execute flawless car builds.
  • A detail-obsessed professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing precision with urgency.
  • A motorsports junkie who's comfortable working long hours, weekends, and high-intensity race schedules.
  • An endurance racing veteran (preferred) with a valid driver's license and the tools to get the job done.

What You'll Do

  • Work side by side with elite technicians in the shop and on the road at race events, ensuring peak vehicle performance.
  • Diagnose and attack mechanical issues with precision, pushing for every competitive advantage.
  • Lead the charge in optimizing car reliability, performance, and crew efficiency—then execute your strategy.
  • Deliver race-ready vehicles with next-level service, from meticulous prep to post-race analysis.
  • Master the technical specs, race procedures, and pit lane regulations that separate contenders from champions.
  • Perform high-stakes maintenance, adjustments, and repairs on top-tier race, performance, and street vehicles.
  • Manage worklists and car prep details between races to keep operations razor-sharp.
  • Handle race weekend setup and teardown, ensuring every second counts on and off the track.
  • Represent Kellymoss and our sponsors with professionalism and passion, whether in the garage, pit lane, or beyond.
  • Engage with VIPs, partners, and guests during shop tours and race events, showcasing our commitment to excellence.
  • Keep the shop and pit area dialed in—clean, organized, and ready for action.
  • Adapt to a demanding schedule, including nights, weekends, and long-haul travel (40%+ travel required).

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay + Simple IRA with Company Matching
  • Paid Holidays & PTO—because high performance requires balance
  • Comprehensive Health Benefits—Medical, Dental, Vision, & more
  • Company-Sponsored Disability & Life Insurance—because we take care of our team
  • A winning culture in a high-performance environment—driven by passion, precision, and podium finishes

This is more than a job—it's a chance to be part of something legendary. At Kellymoss, you won't just turn wrenches; you'll help write the next chapter of Porsche racing history. If you have the skill, the drive, and the hunger to win, we want you on our team.

Kellymoss is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
