Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a delightful experience for our pool guests. Your warm hospitality and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our members and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet pool guests with enthusiasm and a friendly smile
• Assist guests with check-in and provide necessary information about pool facilities
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool reception area
• Ability to maintain accurate records and enforce guest and other policies

Qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and day shifts
