Job Title: PLC Programmer Job Summary: As a PLC Programmer at Busek, you will be responsible for designing, programming, and maintaining PLC-based control systems for our manufacturing and testing processes. You will work closely with engineers and production teams to automate and optimize systems that support the development of propulsion and power technologies. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop, write, and debug PLC programs using languages such as Ladder Logic and Structured Text.
- Design and implement control systems for various manufacturing processes, including assembly, testing, and quality control.
- Integrate PLCs with other control systems, including SCADA systems, robotics, and data acquisition systems.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to optimize manufacturing processes and improve system performance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for PLC programs, including user manuals, technical specifications, and maintenance procedures.
- Provide training and support to production personnel on PLC operation and troubleshooting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in automation and control systems.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in PLC programming and automation in an industrial setting, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of control systems, electrical circuits, and instrumentation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram.
- Familiarity with PLC hardware from manufacturers such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in aerospace manufacturing is a plus.
