Join a leading Tier 1 & 2 automotive supplier as their Plant Controller in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This key leadership position oversees all financial operations for our manufacturing facility, managing a team of finance professionals while partnering with senior leadership to drive business success.

• Lead all plant-level financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Direct monthly closing processes and financial statement preparation
• Oversee cost accounting activities in a manufacturing environment
• Manage capital expenditure processes and fixed asset accounting
• Supervise accounts payable, payroll operations, and general accounting functions
• Lead a team of 2 accountants, providing mentorship and professional development
• Partner with plant leadership to analyze financial performance and drive operational improvements
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, GAAP, and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP systems and ADP payroll
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management experience
• Excellence in financial analysis and reporting
• Strong communication and presentation skills
