At Total Pursuit Physical Therapy & Performance in Green Bay, we’re offering an opportunity for a Physical Therapist who’s ready to leave behind rushed, insurance-driven care and work with active adults who genuinely want to get better.

You’ll join a modern, cash-based clinic that specializes in sports rehab and performance training for active adults, lifters, runners, and outdoor enthusiasts. Our approach blends manual therapy, strength & conditioning, and root-cause movement analysis to help clients perform at their best — pain-free and confident.

What You’ll Love About This Role

• Manage a reasonable caseload of 6–8 clients daily — not 20+
• Spend a full 60 minutes one-on-one with each person
• Enjoy zero insurance paperwork or double bookings
• Work exclusively with motivated, athletic adults
• Receive weekly mentorship and clinical skill sessions
• Lead or develop programs in areas like golf performance, CrossFit rehab, or endurance training

Founded in 2023, Total Pursuit was built to help athletes and active adults in the Green Bay and De Pere areas return to their sport, training, or hobbies without surgery, pain meds, or unnecessary downtime.

• A PT passionate about sports medicine, performance rehab, and strength-based care
• Someone who thrives in a flexible, non-traditional environment
• A great communicator who enjoys mentoring and being mentored
• A team player eager to help build and grow a thriving practice
• (New grads encouraged to apply — structured mentorship is part of the role!)

Position Details

• Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible hours (no weekends or holidays)
• Pay: $70,000–$100,000 annually (base + performance incentives)
