Staff Pharmacist - Brooklyn, NY Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Staff Pharmacist to join our growing team in Brooklyn, NY. This role involves overseeing day-to-day retail pharmacy operations and ensuring quality patient care. Review narcotic reconciliations and manage electronic prescriptions for accuracy and quality. Consult with physicians and nursing staff regarding medication orders, interactions, and patient reactions. Provide patient counseling and drug therapy education. Mentor and orient new pharmacy technicians. Manage drug inventory, maintain drug files, and assist with quality improvement initiatives. Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection control protocols and compliance standards.
