We are transitioning our house to be in a part-time living situation. In doing so, we'll need someone to occasionally (weekly) come to the house to roll the recycling bins to the curb on Thursday evening and then some time on Friday after collection, roll the bins back to the house. Then, once a month or so, I'd like if the PA could come into the garage, pick up the mail pile, and then ship it to whichever address we are at during that month. The PA would also coordinate with the property manager to hire a monthly yard cleaning service for the outside of the property to make sure that everything is looking tidy. This might also include finding someone to rake leaves in the fall, shovel snow in the winter, and just keep things pruned. I'm sure there are other things that would be missing/needed that would also come up, but that's all we can think of at the moment.
