About The Role
Decagon is looking to hire our first People Operations team member to build and scale our people processes, ensuring a best-in-class employee experience. In this role, you will partner closely with Leadership and key stakeholders to develop and execute HR strategies that support a high-performance culture. You will own the end-to-end people operations function, from onboarding and benefits administration to performance management and compliance.
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have 4+ years of experience in People Operations or HR in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
Have experience building and optimizing onboarding, benefits, and performance management programs.
Understand how to partner with leadership to develop people strategies that align with business goals.
Are passionate about fostering a culture of engagement and high performance.
Even Better If You
Have deep knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and best practices.
Are highly data-driven, leveraging people analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
Have experience implementing and managing HR systems and tools.
Are proactive and solutions-oriented, able to thrive in ambiguity and build from scratch.
