Position Details:
Full-Time Occupational Therapist:
Location: In Clinic (Aqua/Farm based on availability)
Schedule: Four to five days a week, with a minimum of 26 treatment hours per week and one initial evaluation per month (any unfilled cancellations can be utilized for documentation time and evaluation write-ups).
Additional Opportunities: Trained Feeding Therapists can integrate feeding sessions into their schedules.

Remote Position:
Pediatric Feeding Occupational Therapist (Remote)
Employee Benefits:
For employees working over 20 hours:
Continuing Education Reimbursement: Up to $1,000 per year (prorated in the first year based on hire date).
For full-time employees working over 26 hours:
Relocation Assistance: $1,000 for off-island candidates or an additional $1,000 towards Continuing Education for on-island candidates during the first year.
Health & Vision Insurance: Fully covered by the employer.
Licensing Costs: Initial application for Hawaii License paid by the employer.

OTR Certification required.
Must obtain a Hawaii License, NPI number, and BLS certification upon hire.
