Title : Payroll Supervisor

Location : Walnut Creek, CA (Onsite)

Pay : $100,000 - 120,000

Responsibilities :

• Oversee team of 3 and support payroll for 3000+ employees
• Process bi-weekly payroll for K1 and W2 employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of three payroll staff.
• Collaborate with HR and Benefits departments.
• Process and approve payroll transactions (new hires, changes, deductions, leaves).
• Calculate and approve termination and off-cycle paychecks.
• Review and improve payroll policies and procedures.
• Ensure accuracy of payroll data and compliance with firm policies.
• Manage quarterly tax filings for two states.
• Ensure compliance with all payroll laws and regulations.
• Generate payroll expense, overtime, staffing, PTO, and other reports.
• Review and approve ADP invoices.
• Prepare GL interface, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Manage payroll projects, system implementations, and upgrades.
• Handle special projects and reports as assigned.
