Under general supervision, the Patient Experience Business Partner is responsible for leading the deployment, learning and integration efforts of the HUH system-wide patient experience approach, called Bridging the GAP, at the entity.

The Patient Experience Business Partner will:
  • Develop relationships with entity executives, directors, managers, and front-line staff
  • Round on patients and help the staff problem-solve systemic opportunities for improvement
  • Teach, train, communicate, and coach on the HUH approach to patient experience
  • Utilize design thinking to solve unique patient experience complaints at the specific entity
  • Deploy data collection and other patient feedback mechanisms
  • Partner with other HUH/AHC entities to learn best practices
  • Assumes other duties and responsibilities that are related and appropriate to the position and area.  The above responsibilities are a general description of the level and nature of the work assigned to this classification and are not to be considered as all-inclusive

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • Bachelors required. Masters in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 5 years health care leadership experience
  • 1-5 years management experience
  • Public speaking experience
