Patent Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal expertise in the area of patent law to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting and prosecuting patent applications
Providing legal opinions and counseling on patent issues
Conducting patent searches and analysis
Assisting with patent litigation
Drafting and negotiating licensing agreements
Working closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide advice accordingly

Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admission to practice law in NY
At least 5 years of experience practicing patent law
Strong background in patent litigation and intellectual property
Excellent written and oral communication skills
