Title: PartTime OnSite Account Coordinator

Location: Keller TX

Pay Rate Range: $ 2022hr. DOE.

Benefits include health dental and vision (eligible on the 1st of the month following your start date); PTO Sick Pay Paid Holidays

Employment Type: PartTime

Schedule: 2 days a week 10 am 4 pm.

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated OnSite Account Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. You will report to our SVP where you play a crucial role in supporting HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• QC checks with employees who are on assignment.
• Work with HR for any employee relations issues.
• Work with Payroll for any timekeeping issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative role preferably within a human resources department or related field
• Familiarity with basic human resources principles & practices
• Strong administrative skills are essential including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) data entry filing and recordkeeping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effectively communicating with employees management and external parties. This includes the ability to convey information clearly professionally and tactfully.
• Ability to prioritize tasks manage time efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to identify issues propose solutions and resolve problems effectively.
• A customer service mindset being approachable responsive and empathetic in helping and support to employees and managers with HRrelated inquiries and requests.
• Always maintain confidentiality.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to changes in HR practices technology and regulations with a positive attitude.
