Hours: 4 hours per day, 5 days per week
Compensation: $20 - $30 per hour

Summary:

Winky Lux is seeking a talented and creative Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling and on-brand visual assets for digital and print media. Working closely with our creative team, you will help bring our brand to life through innovative designs that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives. This remote position is perfect for a detail-oriented designer looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop high-quality visual assets for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns, packaging, and promotional content.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with Winky Lux's brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable visual identity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives and execute visually appealing design solutions.
• Campaign Execution: Support marketing campaigns by designing engaging assets for product launches, seasonal promotions, and other brand initiatives.
• Quality Control: Review designs for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand aesthetics.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design techniques, and best practices to enhance creative output.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects within deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a creative team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in photography and photo editing is a plus.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing is a bonus.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is beneficial but not required.
