Package Handler Location Florida :

We are seeking reliable and motivated Package Handlers to join our growing warehouse and logistics team. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, scanning, and sorting packages with efficiency and accuracy. You'll play a key role in ensuring that shipments are processed and delivered on time to our customers.

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position that requires strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers efficiently

• Sort and scan packages using handheld devices or scanners

• Stack and organize packages by size, destination, and delivery route

• Lift, push, pull, and carry packages up to 50 lbs (team-lift for heavier items)

• Ensure accuracy in package count, labeling, and tracking

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

• Follow company safety standards, policies, and procedures

• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers to resolve issues quickly

• Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• No experience required - entry-level welcome

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Able to lift and move heavy packages repeatedly during shifts

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift for extended periods

• Must pass background check and drug screening (if applicable)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
