You'll work closely with the Director of Operations to structure competitive project estimates and ensure smooth client onboarding. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new sales opportunities.
• Cultivate strong client relationships to drive revenue and long-term retention.
• Develop and negotiate contracts that align with profitability goals.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to create accurate estimates and project proposals.
• Strategically identify upsell and renewal opportunities to expand client accounts.
• Maintain detailed sales records to ensure commission tracking and eligibility.
• Operate as a 1099 independent contractor while aligning with company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience.
• Strong ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close contracts.
• A self-motivated, independent approach to managing the sales process.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience in a commission-based or performance-driven sales role preferred.
• Must be local to the area , though work will be remote/hybrid.
