Roundabout Theatre Company, the nation’s largest not-for-profit theatre, seeks a thorough and personable individual to join the company’s Human Resources Department as the Onboarding and Benefits Specialist. Reporting to both the Director of Human Resources and Senior Payroll Manager, this position is an essential part of the overall effectiveness of the Human Resources and Finance team.
The Onboarding and Benefits Specialist will work with departments throughout the organization, overseeing the ADP Onboarding process. This position is also responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and 401(k) plan. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and detailed oriented; possess patience; be knowledgeable about benefits and employment laws; and meet weekly and monthly deadlines. This is a permanent full-time position in our midtown office.

This is a full-time exempt position with all standard Roundabout benefits. The salary range is $63,000–$68,000 annually.
