We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Support Agent to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions. Whether working in the office or remotely, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat
• Provide accurate information about products or services
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving complaints
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
