Job Title : MRI Technologist
location : Exeter, NH 03833
Shift : 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI procedures under the clinical direction of a Radiologist and the administrative direction of the Director of Imaging.
• Review medical records for patient history, assess requisitions with the physician, and explain procedures to patients.
• Select the appropriate technique/protocol to obtain optimal scans and review the studies for quality.
• Organize daily work schedules and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Perform daily calibration checks on MRI equipment and report any issues.
• Provide safety instructions to medical and hospital staff regarding MRI.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of current MRI experience.

Certification:

• ARRT(MR) certification is required.

Education:

• Associate's degree is the minimum requirement.
• Familiarity with Siemens MRI equipment is preferred.

Licensing:

• Candidates must have an out-of-state Imaging license to apply for a Temporary NH MIRT license.
• If not licensed, the candidate must apply for a permanent NH MIRT license.

Travel Experience:

• Preferred, but not required.
