Job Overview :
We’re looking to bring our Ad Buying and marketing efforts in-house, and we want you to be a part of our fast-growing team! As one of the industry’s most rapidly expanding brands—doubling sales from year one and achieving 4x growth this year—this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to drive revenue and maximize ROI for both our supplement and apparel product lines. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) advertising strategies and have a deep understanding of digital ad platforms.

Established in 2022 by a former United States Marine and lifelong fitness enthusiast, our brand strives to surpass mere quality, embracing the true spirit of an authentic gym culture that rejects the mundane. 2025 will be the biggest year yet, launching a full supplement line and new apparel collections, there is endless opportunity for growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) to drive traffic and sales for our supplement and apparel products.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify the best targeting strategies, ad copy, and creative for different product categories.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
• Continuously analyze ad performance and key metrics (CPC, CPM, ROAS, etc.) and adjust campaigns accordingly to improve performance and maximize ROI.
• A/B test ad variations to optimize for higher conversion rates and cost-effective ad spend.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of spend across various campaigns and platforms.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Create and curate compelling content, including graphics, videos, captions, and posts, that resonate with our target audience.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our ad strategies are innovative and ahead of the competition.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as an Ad Buyer, Digital Media Buyer, or similar role, with a focus on e-commerce and DTC advertising.
• Strong expertise in paid social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and Google Ads.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing metrics and how to use them to drive results (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and any other relevant ad platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative, data, and product teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an attention to detail.
• A passion for the health, fitness, and wellness industry, with a solid understanding of the supplement and apparel market.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with influencer marketing and partnership ads.
• Knowledge of email marketing and retargeting strategies.
• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
