Marketing & Graphic Design Assistant supports OrangeTwist's marketing efforts by developing engaging and effective marketing materials for our centers, with a focus on grassroots marketing, direct mailers, digital content, and promotional assets. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, understands the nuances of the beauty and wellness industry, and is eager to contribute to the growth of a dynamic brand.

Location: 111 Academy Wy, Suite 200, Irvine, CA 92617

Schedule: 2 days a week on-site (Between Monday to Friday, flexiable)

Compensation: $22+/hourly (base on experience)

What You Will Do:

• Graphic Design : Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, email templates, and other promotional content.
• Marketing Material Development : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and produce marketing collateral that aligns with OrangeTwist's brand identity and supports local marketing initiatives.
• Content Creation : Assist in the creation of content for digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional look across all channels.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the operations and center teams to understand marketing needs and deliver high-quality materials that drive client engagement.
• Project Management : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work.
• Support Grassroots Marketing : Assist in the development of localized marketing strategies, including designing materials for community events, local partnerships, and direct mail campaigns.
• Feedback and Iteration : Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs, ensuring the final product meets objectives.
• Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and design best practices to continuously enhance OrangeTwist's marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and marketing, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industries.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
