As a Marketing & Fundraising Events Coordinator , you’ll lead the planning and execution of community-based events that raise awareness, engage the public, and generate critical support for mission-driven initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive, people-focused organizer who thrives in face-to-face settings and believes in the power of grassroots outreach .
Plan and execute in-person events, including tabling opportunities, awareness campaigns, donor drives, and community festivals
Represent nonprofit partners to the public with professionalism, enthusiasm, and purpose
Engage attendees in one-on-one conversations , donation appeals, and cause-based education
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote events and boost turnout
Track key metrics such as donations, engagement levels, and outreach impact
Support the creation of outreach materials (e.g., signage, talking points, flyers)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and able to manage event logistics and details under pressure
Comfortable in live, fast-paced environments
Passion for social justice , equity , and community-based initiatives
Experience in events, public engagement, or nonprofit outreach is a plus
