Job Title: LPN

Location: Meadville, PA

Local Pay Rate: $45/hr

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 12HR: 7P-7A with weekends and holidays as assigned,

3 shifts 1 week/ 4 the next week (36/48) Every other Weekend

Travel Pay Package

Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid $1,162.00 Non Taxable

Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable) $648.00 Taxable

Weekly Gross $1,810.00

Job Description:

• This is a 50-bed acute detox and residential treatment center serving the adult population. (have the ability to flex hold 10 beds)
• This is a restraint free facility, serving both involuntary and voluntary admissions.
• They do not allow any visitors for the patient and do have a surveillance camera system.
• They offer onsite parking.
• Scrubs required except for Friday you can wear jeans.
• They do not have security and Supervisor is on call only.
• They offer 2 days of orientation with a preceptor.
• 1:50 nurse to patient ratio depending on census but with 1-4 BHAs per shift. Administration is also available M-F as well as therapists.
• Charting system - HCS
• 2 years acute psych AND substance abuse experience required
• Night shift RN will work alone from 11p-7a with a tech.
