For more visit: If interested in this opportunity, please complete our culture index survey at the link below: Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Hybrid-3 days in the office) Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated self-starter to coordinate Direct Import Orders from our national distribution network. Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Data entry of customer orders with a high degree of accuracy within 24-hour turn-around time
  • Distribution of accurate and compliant U.S. Customs documentation to distributors and brokers
  • Monitoring the status of customer orders, domestic and international and correspond consistently with suppliers, freight forwarders, customers and our internal sales teams
  • Update internal systems with dates of events, i.e. shipping and delivery
  • Prepare orders for billing and execute the direct import billing
  • Deliver world-class customer service through e-mail and phone
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in international freight forwarding or import/export industry required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • Superior organizational skills, detail oriented, must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Import/Export requirements (certificates/documents) specific to Caribbean markets
  • Demonstrated experience working in an environment of multi-tasking
  • Ability to work independently and in a dynamic, high energy, team-oriented atmosphere.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft office
  • Wine knowledge a plus
