Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the logistics department. This includes processing paperwork, tracking shipments, and maintaining inventory records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Process paperwork related to shipments, including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping manifests.
  • Track shipments and ensure that they are delivered on time and in good condition.
  • Maintain inventory records and ensure that the warehouse is properly stocked.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers and vendors.
  • Provide customer service to customers regarding shipments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or shipping environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail.
