Job Description

Kingdom Pictures was established 2005. The goal was to tell stories of Christians and their faith in Jesus Christ. THe company found various source of funding through secular work and donations from supporters who wished to see stories of faith told to the public. The founder Guy Camara felt a call to produce movies deals with faith.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
• Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Escalating customer feedback as required.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant or Customer Service role, ideally within the Professional Services and Media & Entertainment industry.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• Applicant must be located in United states and canada
