Avera is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s Behavioral Health Center.

Position Highlights:

• Student Loan Repayment:  The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position is eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.

• The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides for the delivery of professional nursing care under the supervision of the provider.

• Hours:
  • Varied Shifts, e/o wknd/hol; 72hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

• $22.50 - $31.25 Per Hour

Job Requirements

Education and/or Experience

Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
Licensure/Certification/Registration

Must have current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required.
