Are you a detail-oriented, experienced land surveyor looking to advance your career in the scenic surroundings of Southwest Florida? We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Land Surveyor to join our team and play a vital role in our operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in supervising survey crew operations.
- Conduct ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and Construction Staking.
- Maintain and adhere to QA/QC procedures, note-taking, and project material management.
- Communicate effectively with the general public and coworkers.
- Follow instructions and work orders from project managers.
- Perform record searches at recorders' offices and government entities.
- Prepare legal descriptions and sign/seal all survey plans.
**Requirements:**
- 4-year degree in Land Survey or related field.
- PLS - Florida or the ability to obtain.
- 5+ years of experience in the survey field.
- Proficient in construction layout and reading/comprehending construction plans.
- Strong organizational skills for field notes and field staking execution.
