Location: Onsite- Pleasanton, CA || (Relocation will work)
Duration: 6-12 Months
Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Braze Developer to spearhead the technical execution of complex, multi-channel Braze campaigns. You will drive customer journey design, platform integrations, and team leadership while ensuring top-tier deliverability, personalization, and data privacy.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical implementation of Braze campaigns using Canvas for robust customer journeys.
Architect integrations with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), CMS, data warehouses, and e-commerce systems.
Configure Braze SDKs, events, and attributes for targeting/segmentation; collaborate with data/engineering teams.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and QA processes; support A/B testing and act as escalation point for technical issues.
8-10 years hands-on experience with Braze and similar marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Iterable).
Expertise in Braze Canvas for customer journeys, adhering to deliverability and data privacy best practices.
Proficiency in Liquid scripting for dynamic content personalization.
Strong skills in Braze SDKs , events, attributes, and multi-platform integrations (Salesforce, CMS, data warehouses, e-commerce).
Proven technical leadership, mentorship, QA processes, and A/B testing/optimization experience.
