Position Summary:
You will play a crucial role in managing and executing the financial planning and analysis processes for our regional operations. This role involves collaborating with various finance and accounting teams to establish best practices in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting. You will also work with other functions within the organization to enhance the FP&A capabilities and ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning, development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of fiscal functions and performance.
Assist in creating annual budgets and monitoring monthly performance against these budgets.
Input and maintain budgets in the financial system.
Identify key drivers, opportunities, and risks, and update budgets and forecasts accordingly.
Provide monthly analysis of actual results compared to budgeted results for each reporting unit.
Analyze and explain year-over-year variations in financial results to relevant stakeholders.
Manage financial statistics for supported locations, including C&F roll forward, headcount analysis, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Track and report on headcount, new hire budgets, open positions, and trends to finance leaders.
Coordinate with the Corporate FP&A team to understand and implement changes to the reporting structure.
Support acquisition accounting, including due diligence and earn-out analysis.
Assist with system conversions to integrate acquisitions onto the platform.
Support changes in accounting methods related to acquisitions.
Execute various regional accounting and finance initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; a focus in Finance or Accounting is a plus.
At least 1 year of finance and accounting experience in a growing organization.
Experience in a collaborative and matrixed environment, with a track record of leading process improvements.
Insurance brokerage experience is preferred but not required.
Experience with large data sets is a plus.

Well-organized self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Excel macros, power pivots, and power queries is preferred.

Salary Range:
The base salary for this position ranges from $67,000 to $93,000, based on factors such as experience, credentials, education, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
